Blueberry Chia Pudding - Recipe

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing this super easy + healthy breakfast/snack recipe! It's refreshing, sweet and very delicious. You can make a batch of chia pudding the night before to save time too.

Difficulty: Very easy

Serves 2

Ingredients:

Pudding:

- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

- 1 cup milk of choice (I used skim milk)

- Sweetener of choice (optional)

Toppings:

- Nut butter of choice

- Blueberries

- Raspberries

- Mint leaves

- Granola

Directions:

1. Blend milk, sweetener and blueberries in a blender.

2. In a small jar/bowl, mix in chia seeds and blended mixture, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3. Serve in a fruit bowl with additional fresh fruits on top.

Papaya fruit bowl:

Cut papaya into half and remove seeds. Pour in chia seeds pudding and serve.
