Vegan Cinnamon Pancakes - Recipe


Hello everyone! I'm having Christmas vibes already! 🎄🎁☃️ Last year, I only did a carrot cake during christmas... but this year, I promise more christmas bakes coming your way! Feel free to send request to me and I might add them into my list.

I topped my pancakes with melted dark coverture chocolates🍫, buckwheats, dangfoods toasted coconut flakes (they are da bomb!!!😍), blueberries and syrup🍯!

To make this #pancakeskyscraper , you will need:

  • 1 1/4 cup plain flour

  • 1 cup plant milk (I used soy)

  • 2 tbsp sugar/sweetener of choice

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp plant protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp double acting baking powder

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together. Then mix in all wet ingredients.

  2. Heat pan using small-medium fire. Add in pancake batter with a ice-cream scoop to ensure size consistency.

  3. Flip when small holes appears on the surface and cook till both sides are golden brown.

  4. Stack and serve with your preferred toppings!

Makes: 20 small pancakes
