Decathlon Grand Opening (City Square Mall)
Congratulations to Decathlon for opening their 2nd store in Singapore! (more than a 1000 worldwide currently) It was a great honour to receive an invitation as part of the #decathlonfamily to their inauguration at City Square Mall.
It all begins with my passion of sharing wonderful things with you guys on my blog where I wrote about this awesome store weeks ago. (you can read "Cheapest Place to shop in Singapore" here if you missed it!) I didn't expect the blog to catch the attention from Decathlon team and to be loved by them.
The opening was filled with heart warming videos of Decathlon's past advertisements, the transformation of City Square Mall outlet from an empty place to the store now filled with amazing products and many snapshots of all the fun moments which were captured during the setup of this new store.
I went there hoping to share their joy and was unexpectedly invited on stage to receive a token of appreciation. I can't wait to try out the products as Decathlon never fails to impress me. Thank you for letting me be one of the first non-staff to be a part of the #DecathlonFamily!

The concept of the new store is very similar to the flagship store in bedok. Although it may be only half the size as the first store in Singapore, you could still find almost everything there! I shall give you a little tour since I'm here before the public launch.

I really like the fact that there is a size chart for us to measure our feet so we know exactly which size to get from the rack! This way, we do not have to try 2-3 sizes just to get the right size for our feet.
