DIY Pentagram Harness Top

You know me, the more expensive my clothes are, the more I will not re-wear them. Therefore, I hate buying expansive clothes. So if I really like something that is overpriced, I will either search for something similar (with a fraction of it's price) or DIY it myself! Like how I DIY-ed my bat wings shoe! (You can read it here)

I love doing DIY with my old clothes because I get to revamp my wardrobe and make those old clothes new again! Furthermore, if your friends asked you where you get that outfit from, you can tell them you DIY it at home or link them to this post! HAHAH!

Guess the total cost of my DIY? $6.50, including the top. I saved a total of $63.50 by doing this harness myself! Know what's better? This pentagram harness can be removed easily by cutting away the treads. So you can wear them a few times with different outfits, post it on Instagram and then when you're bored of this design, remove them and get back your trusty black top!

Supplies:

- Black top/bra

- Black elastic (at least 1m)

- Needle & thread

- scissor

Instructions:

Step 1: Lay your top flat and follow the picture instruction below on how to create that star shape on your top.

Step 2: Sew down the elastic with some simple stitches. Make sure to make your design lose if your top is tight fitting. If not, it will look very tight on your skin and that won't look nice.

Step 3: Cut away the extra elastic at the end and you're done with your gorgeous top/bra!

I hope you enjoyed reading this post! Do tag me on Instagram (@simplyshow) or Facebook to show me your re-creations. Have a wonderful day ahead~

Love,

Angelyn <3
